Bob is best real estate broker I've ever met. He is honest and had my interest in mind.  I am very glad he was my broker and helped me with purchase of my first house. He is a great listener and helped me all the issues I had before settlement. He is also extremely fast at responding to e-mails, text messages or phone calls. He was also great at negotiating and following up with issues. Bob was also great at anticipating issues and helped me avoid them.  I highly recommend Bob to anyone who is looking to buy a house. I'll definitely have him as my broker for my second house or if I wanted to sell my current house!

I probably would not have purchased a home if it was not for Bob - and I am so glad that I did. I was only curious about the process and what I may be able to afford when I was put in contact with him after I requested to see a property. Bob was very knowledgeable about the process and available to  show me homes. I did not feel I was being pressured at all so I felt comfortable and confident to seriously consider a purchase with his help. He helped me understand what I would be able to afford and made useful suggestions about how homes could be modified down the line, what features were valuable, and what could become a problem. He was very helpful in figuring out what to make as an opening offer and how to respond to counteroffers and to my inspection report, especially in regards to where it would be wiser to compromise or not on defects. He also recommended a great mortgage program that is saving me money. In the end, I love my home and am amazed every day at how little I am paying per month.
